    About Beautiful You Are

This book was written with your daughter, sister or niece in mind. Today there are a lot of messages that can destroy a little girl’s self-image but the women in this book decided that something must be done to combat those messages. The authors hope that by sharing their stories, the next generation of women will be empowered to always be themselves.

You are beautifully and wonderfully made. there is not one part of you that was a mistake.

    ~Lynette Lealwalcott

When a beautiful woman who purchased a copy of your book runs up to you with a kool-aid smile, hugs you, and then tells you, "I am enjoying your book."

This book is about touching lives as well as convincing each reader that since the time they were born, they had everything needed within themselves; it was the voices of the world/other individuals who said something different.

    "A Bonding Moment"

"Reading 'Beautiful You Are' to my daughters was a very emotional experience. It was a bonding moment for us three. The stories underlined for us that life will always present challenges, but if you persist, you can overcome them and grow towards your true self." ~

    "Positive and Uplifting"

As a man with FIVE sisters, and having experience their struggles in relationships, I can identify with Sarah's positive and uplifting testimony! Faith strengthened my sisters in their trials and it is refreshing to see how FAITH allowed Sarah to survive hers! I recommend "Beautiful You Are wholeheartedly."

    Thoughts, musings, and ruminations.

Sitting on the bench or standing on the sideline can be a transformative experience, especially when you focus on your 'why' instead of complaining about why you're not in the game.   From this vantage point, you gain a unique perspective on the game, allowing you to develop a...

First of all, ask yourself this question: Are you looking for “fans” or “friends”?   “Fans” cheer for you whenever you win the game for THEM. “Friends” LOVE you at all times, even at times you miss the game-winning shot, field goal, or strikeout at the bottom of the ninth with two outs… ...

I am still holding on to the pain. “It wasn’t right what you did.”   And yet “I” need to forgive   How many times can I “let go and let God” 70 times 7 in a day is what I read.   I am in a tug of war Pulling one way towards forgiving you and Simultaneously holding on tightly to...
